Privacy Policy

LeadsIRL LLC (“LeadsIRL,” “we,” “us”) provides missed-call follow-up, request qualification, and appointment scheduling for people who contact LeadsIRL.

Information we collect

  • Name, phone number, email, project details, and messages you send
  • Call and form metadata when you contact LeadsIRL
  • Technical data such as timestamps and message-delivery status
  • If you use the LeadsIRL app: a notification token for your phone, whether it is an iPhone or Android, and which login signed it in.

If you are a LeadsIRL customer and connect your Google Calendar, we access the events and free/busy times on that calendar, as described under Google Calendar below.

How we use it

  • Text you about the request you started with LeadsIRL
  • Qualify the request and schedule or confirm an appointment
  • Operate, secure, and improve the service
  • Comply with law

SMS / text messages

If you call a LeadsIRL number and the call is missed, or you submit the form at https://leadsirl.com/sms-opt-in and check the SMS box, we may text you from a LeadsIRL number. Messages are about that request (qualification questions, appointment options, confirmations, or a human follow-up). Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell your phone number. We do not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We use vendors only to send messages, host data, or process bookings.

The LeadsIRL app

LeadsIRL customers can use the LeadsIRL CRM in the LeadsIRL app for iPhone and Android. LeadsIRL creates the logins for each business; there is no sign-up in the app.

  • On your phone. The app keeps your sign-in (for up to 30 days), its settings, and the CRM's pages on your phone. They are not included in your phone's cloud backups. Signing out removes your sign-in from the phone.
  • Notifications. If you allow them, Apple (iPhone) or Google (Android, through Firebase Cloud Messaging) gives the app a notification token. We store it with your business's account and use it only to send the alerts you would otherwise get by email or text: new leads, their replies, bookings, and calendar changes. Apple and Google deliver these notifications, so the alert text passes through them; it can include a customer's name, phone number, a short summary of their request, or the time of a booked estimate. To stop them, sign out, turn off notifications for LeadsIRL in your phone's settings, or uninstall the app. Tokens not used for 45 days are deleted.
  • App lock. If you turn on the lock, your phone itself checks your Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or passcode. LeadsIRL never receives your face, fingerprint, or passcode.
  • Photos. The app uses your camera or photo library only when you choose to add a photo of a job to a lead.
  • Updates. The app downloads updates to the CRM from crm.leadsirl.com. The app has no advertising or analytics tools, and no other company receives information about how you use it.

Google Calendar

LeadsIRL customers can connect a Google Calendar to the LeadsIRL CRM at crm.leadsirl.com. We use only the main calendar of the Google account you connect. Connecting it gives LeadsIRL two permissions:

See, create, change, and delete events on calendars you own (calendar.events.owned). We use it to:

  • Show your events (title, time, location, and number of guests) in the CRM's Calendar, to you and the people you give a login to your CRM.
  • Add, change, or delete events when you do that in the CRM.
  • Create an estimate event when a customer books a time, and change or remove it when that booking changes. If the customer gave an email address, they are added to the event as a guest.
  • Notice when you move or delete a booked estimate in Google Calendar, so your CRM shows the change and the customer is told the new time, or that it was cancelled, by text.

See your free/busy times (calendar.freebusy). We use it so the assistant offers customers only times you are free.

What we keep. The keys Google gives us to reach your calendar, stored encrypted with our cloud provider (Amazon Web Services), and the ID and time of each estimate event we book, saved with that lead. We do not keep a copy of your other events: the CRM reads them from Google each time you open the Calendar.

Who we share Google user data with.

  • The customer who booked an estimate: its date and time, by text, and as a guest on the event if they gave an email address.
  • People you give a login to your CRM: your calendar, as shown in the CRM.
  • Service providers that process it only to run LeadsIRL: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, and our AI assistant through Amazon Bedrock) Telnyx (delivers the text messages, which may include the time of a booked estimate), and Apple and Google, which deliver app notifications to LeadsIRL app users who turned them on (a notification can include the time of a booked estimate).
  • Others only when the law requires it, or to protect against fraud, abuse, or security threats. If LeadsIRL is merged or sold, we will ask your permission before your Google data is transferred.

We do not sell Google user data or share it with advertisers, data brokers, or information resellers.

How we protect it.

  • Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or newer), including between LeadsIRL and Google.
  • The keys Google gives us are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager and are never sent to your browser or to the AI.
  • Stored data is encrypted at rest in Amazon Web Services.
  • Each business's CRM can see only its own data, and every login needs a password.
  • LeadsIRL support visits to your CRM are logged, and during them your own events show only as busy times.
  • We do not write the details of your events to our logs.

AI. Our texting assistant uses AI models from Anthropic (Claude) and Amazon (Nova), run through Amazon Bedrock inside our own Amazon Web Services account. The only Google-derived data it receives is a list of your open times, worked out from your free/busy times, and the time of a customer's own booked estimate. It never receives your event titles, descriptions, locations, or guests. Amazon Bedrock does not store prompts or responses for these models, does not share them with the model providers, and does not use them to train any model. We do not use Google user data, raw or derived, to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model.

What we never do. We do not sell your Google data, use it for advertising, use it to decide creditworthiness or for lending, or use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. No person at LeadsIRL reads it except with your permission, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or in aggregated anonymous form for internal operations.

LeadsIRL's use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting and deleting. Disconnect any time in the Calendar tab of the LeadsIRL CRM, or remove LeadsIRL at your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting cancels our access at Google and deletes the stored keys. Estimate events already on your calendar stay there for you to manage. To delete the estimate IDs and times kept with your leads, email info@leadsirl.com and we will delete them within 30 days.

Your choices

Email info@leadsirl.com to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to applicable law.

LeadsIRL customers can ask us to delete their login and their business's data by emailing info@leadsirl.com. We delete it within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as consent to receive texts.
